What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a state of profound comfort in which you allow yourself to enter. Some people experience hypnosis as being in a very peaceful and relaxed state which could not be accessed without Hypnosis. It's a very comfortable and enjoyable state of mind!

Will I lose control?

Never! Hypnosis will enable you to enter into a deep state of relaxation and comfort in which you will become even more aware of the environment, surroundings and of what is happening. You are always in control.

What if I don't come out of hypnosis?

Not possible. You will simply return to your normal awake state feeling refreshed and with a great sense of achievement and accomplishment

What is NLP?

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is a way of re-training your unconscious mind to acquire new beliefs, behaviours and feelings that empower you to be the way you want to be. It began with the work of highly talented and successful therapists such as Milton H Erickson and Virginia Satir. NLP offers many tools to make fast, comfortable and effective changes.
